Really nice Service , Staff is very helpful.

There should be a negative rating option as well. Really rude people. They made an error while taking my eye reading & when I told them while taking delivery of my glasses that I am feeling uneasy, they said I would get used to it. & now again when I again complain that I am still uncomfortable & can't see properly they are just saying why didn't I go earlier & now nothing can be done & it was my responsibility that to inform them for THEIR WRONG READING. Now they took my money & deposited my glasses to make it right, still no response from them & it has been more than a month

This is the third time I have been visiting this office and I would appreciate the work and service they have been doing so far. This time I had some glitch in the lens frame and had come for repairing. Sankar the technician has done the work wonderfully and also has replaced the eye lens buds after seeing the dirt in it. I really the service very much and I wish the whole titan eye plus family all the best for the year 2025. God bless.

Visited to get a pair of glasses fixed. Shankar ji helped us out immediately, with extreme professionalism and even offered tips on how to keep them safe.

The staffs are very cooperative and we were there for free repairing service for our specs. Overall a good place to visit.
