I had a very disappointing experience at Sankara Eye Hospital. The waiting time in the lobby was extremely long, and despite charging premium prices, the service was far from satisfactory. The management seemed disorganized, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, which made the entire visit frustrating and stressful. I would highly recommend considering Ruby Eye Hospital instead. Their management is far more efficient, and the staff is much more attentive and professional. Save yourself the hassle and choose a hospital that values your time and provides better care.
Very nice hospital with very well behaved staffs. Loved the service and I have done the cataract surgery of my father. The insurance procedure was seamless. Insurance POC: Suchismita and Advisor: Sangeeta, they both did their work very well. Definitely I will suggest anyone to consult here.
Behavior of the staff is not good and especially at Nursing Station counter the Behavior of all the staff is really worst. They are totally very rude .
Well Mannered Support Staffs and cleanliness is at its top . Delightful environment.
