Location and store layout are good but staff needs to be more sensible and responsible. What I felt was I shouldn't have come to this place as they simply don't care about your glasses once you have given them fee, now its your turn to go behind them until you get your glasses. They even don't provide concerned in-store mobile/contact number for communication, rather they used to provide a centralised office number for communication which isn't at all convenient.
