Dear team's ... I brought Last month MRP -5.500/ aprx.I am a golden customer of Lenskart . I went for my power glasses repair. Their store manager told me that your problem will be solved yesterday afternoon. You will be informed over the phone. Then you can come and pick it up. I left with my glasses. The next day at 2 pm I went to Lenskart . Because I did not get a call. The store manager told me very casually that your glasses will not be available today. Let me pick them up tomorrow... I said sir, my office needs glasses. Very much. Without glasses, I cannot work in the system. So I am requesting you. I returned it 2 days ago.. but yesterday they gave me my glasses for repair.. The staff at Jharguda store did not take my case seriously. I felt disappointed.. Failed to provide service. The sales staff are so unprofessional. They are busy talking ong themselves rather than attending to customer queries and talking to customers. I could not even tolerate their behaviour for 2 mins and left the place.
