Titan Eye+ at Puri

We visited this store when we realised my wife had missed packing her sunglasses for our trip. Luckily, there was a buy one get one offer and we ended up taking 3 spectacles. The rates at Titan are pretty reasonable and we liked what we got. The staff were quite polite and helpful in anwering a few queries we had. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

The staff is quite helpful. The store is spic and span. The product quality is also good. You can go there for an eye test, glasses, and watches.

The worst outlet & experience it can be..Ordered my new glasses by paying the entire amount its been 10 days still no track of my purchase..On calling the staffs are either not responding or else giving blatant excuses for the delay..they are the least co-operative staff I have ever come across & the one whom I dealt with is the worst..May b bcz I did complain in customer care regarding my experience they are doing such stuffs to take revenge & irritate me I blv..My order can't even get cancelled..Lenskart is superior I blv now..My brother had a superior experience and got his order in a 3 day delivery..Don't visit this place..Check for some other eye+ store if you are a loyal customer
