Dr. Alok Pati is an exemplary doctor however the staff is disrespectful and does not know the befitting mannerism to deal with the clients. They don't even respond to call properly and gives wrong information about the doctor's visiting hours. If one is not sure about the availability of the doctor at the clinic then how can you hope to be treated well.

The staff at this place is discourteous. They don't hv the basic sense to speak to the patients. The phone no. Given doesn't work. Took the no. Of staff by personally visiting the clinic because today's doctors don't entertain calls from patients directly. After that also the staff gives wrong information about the visiting hours of DR Pati. He doesnt even respond in the phone call properly. There are patients who come from even from far off places are given wrong information by the staff. It's a free suggestion to Dr. Alok pati... Your staff is useless and worthless. U should think about replacing them because they just want to close the clinic and enjoy their own sweet time.
