I came across the Optical Unit through an Eye check up camp. The camp for eye check up was very helpful. The behaviour of the staff was courteous. It was nice interaction with Himalaya.
Worst experience as I didn’t get my specs till date , no phone call no message, I gave for repair, when I call the shopkeeper said that your spec has been discarded as you called so late. Worst experience till date. My all money spent on spec bought from Himalaya optical gone in vain. So irrrelevent and disgusting.
