Pathetic Store!! I had the most unpleasant experience over there. They don't have manners on how to tackle customers. Very arrogant behaviour asif they are doing favour on us and that is too free of cost. They don't even know what commitment and punctuality is and how to satisfy customer. Worst service I have ever seen. They back to back delayed my two orders and despite the first delay I went there. But second time was even worst. Product was delayed by more than 15 days and despite that the owner couple were not even apologetic at all. There are various spectacles shop in Sambalpur, try them but don't ever go over there.

Please don't visit this shop. Gave me a duplicate progressive lens and charged me 2400 for it, got to know about it from one of my friend who has a eyeglasses shop in Bbsr.Was totally shocked and speechless . Have some ethics don't be totally money minded and also speaking about his behaviour at starting he will talk so politely and sweetly but once you are done with the purchase then he will not listen to any of your complaint and will deal with you rudely. So please don't waste your hard earned money. Jaago Grahak Jaago!!

Best optics shop on Sambalpur trust me You can get quality frames anywhere in any shop but im impressed with there lenses Its too great ... Im also happy with the worker who fits the lens in frame once fixed in the frame it will never loose out of the frame they make it so precisely..
