Don’t risk taking your family members to this hospital until it’s like a small thing such as blood test or something these doctors and nurses are not trained. At midnight they are very careless and ignorant. They are extremely unhygienic. They will overcharge you and your family members health will get so worse that you won’t even realise it until it’s too late.

Inadequate Service and Poor Management ICU is unhygenic staff walking with their shoes on while patient families have to change slippers on the desk which are dirtier then the bathroom slippers. All the doctors and staff are walking inside with the phones and Cleaning Staff Walking Inside With The Dirty Mop Buckets i have never seen an ICU Poor maintenance situations like that should be avoided at all costs if you love your loved ones.

The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing

The experience that i had with this hospital came from a 4-5 star service to not even 1 star ... The hospital staff is really non co-operative and ignorant. We had a great experience with Dr. Pankaj Goel and team while my father underwent CABG underwent him and then we came back for treatment under Dr. Paras Saini and he was good but overall we had bad experience we were not told when the surgery was finished and then when my father was shifted back to the room and we were down stairs waiting for him. Then after that his team wrote a medicine with diclofenac salt when we had already told that my father has an allergy from the same ... and then Dr. Saini told us not to give the medicine but as i had already paid for the medicine i had the medicine with me and when i came back to the hospital i was told we cannot take the medicine back after 20 days and i had to bear the charges on my own ... so they are of the opinion that i should travel all the way back to hospital just to return the medicine ... OVERALL A PRETTY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THE 2nd VISIT ... THE DOCTORS ARE GOOD BUT THE STAFF IS UNBEARABLE ... WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO COME THIS HOSPITAL AS TREATMENT COMES AFTERWARDS ... THE WAY U R TREATED COMES FIRST.

Worst hospital in Punjab region..it was best year ago.now when I came worst patient food.no nursing care.no cleanliness..hospital services has gone down from last year.i was admitted last year it was great.but now I think new management is fail to provide services to echs tpa patients.

Dr Pooja Parteek one of the best humble adorable with great knowledge and experience in Amritsar Livasa hospital , my mother was admitted as case of UTI and Sepsis , mam treated her so nicely and sympathetically that I find no suitable words to appreciate her .may god grant her every type of happiness and good heath . On the contrary may this hospital progress by leaps and bounds and earn a great name not only in India but worldwide also , thanking you from the core of my heat .. All facilities are top class ..

Dr gautam puri at IVY is excellent. He is truly amazing with child care and truly a amazing personality as paediatrician. He looked for our kid with great care and counselled us so well .
