Worst experience ever had at this lenskart location. Purchased membership and 2 Frames with glasses and got charged too much whereas my friend got same thing from Una location and he charged 5000 less than me. Spoke to employees about it they said we don’t know anything. Even though when i asked for the print outs for my payment receipt their printer was not even working. Again went there after 2 days to pick up my glasses and asked for print outs but still they have same issue. This location is totally scam and employees don’t know about their products and promotions.

The employee came off as arrogant and dismissive, making the whole interaction feel condescending. Their cocky attitude made it hard to ask questions or feel valued as a customer.

Your people know how to deal with customer, they are very much aggressive to work for customer , they know what customer wants and they know how to sell them in a manner by providing. Excellent customer service , shilpi is the manger and she knows how to handle the things , we believe company grows when this type of employees exist with you, we are foreign returned and surprised to get this type of service in our country without caring about money and sales , Excellent work lenskart , i would happy more than to buy few other glasses and shades in coming time! Thanks for given this service !
