Saurabh Sir is one of the most knowledgeable person I have ever seen in optics industry. He is not only having the knowledge about variety of lenses but also the benefits, pros and cons of it and it's manufacturers as well. He is very honest and sincere while explaining about the product. He is very focused on customer satisfaction. I have purchased RayBan frame with progressive lenses from him. I have never visited his shop, all the discussions regarding the purchase were done over the phone calls. He made sure that I should go with best and no doubt he has given the service at its best.
