I am going to share my complete experience in Central Hospital. Positive: The only positive thing in this hospital is "Dr. Kamaljeet Kaur Dogra". She is very kind & supportive, her understanding towards patient & situation is commendable. She supported us over calls & msgs throughout the pregnancy journey. Because of her efforts & sleepless night, my wife got a normal delivery. Thanks a lot for everything. Wish her good health & a great future ahead. ★★★★★ 5/5 Stars. Negatives: 1. Few staff & nurses are very good & supportive. However, rest of staff is quite rude & they need a proper training regarding : how to deal with patient, behavior, professionalism. 2. Toilets are not clean for normal user. It is stinky & dirty, urinals filled with tabacco. 3. Staff is immature towards their work, despite of mentioning on walls "not to give any tip/ bribe to employees". Still most of the employees (Nurse, Sweaper, NICU area) continously asking for "Badhai"(Tip). Even after giving them so called "badhai", next shift sweaper & nurses are asking for their "Badhai". I hope owner of the hospital must give them salaries, so they will not disturb the patient with such immature behaviour. Good things: Parking guard is very supportive & helpful. One newly married attendee(Gurinder) is very kind, helpful & supportive. Summary: The only reason i chose this hospital is the "Dr. Kamaljeet Kaur Dogra". I really appreciate if hospital management will understand all above issues & take some actions.

The thin dusky girl on the reception area who was sitting on right section of the reception was VERY RUDE and caused an hour’s delay to get my fitness certificate even after Dr. Bassi gave the permission and ask to get the certificate done. Completely arrogant and rude this girl was. I hope she gets some classes on how to deal with the patient and even to do work, because she was roaming around all the time and laughing with other staff rather than doing any work. Strict actions should be taken!!!

Dr. Harsh Bassi is a very generous person. He acknowledges the patient so nicely. He admires the patient for not losing hope. He is the best gynaecologist. Moreover, his staff are so polite and humble. They are a good listener. They give the best treatment and always encourage the patient.

Doctors are not that much experienced , The male receptionist is very rude!! pathetic experience

Dr Harish Bassi is a best Gynecologist in Hoshiarpur .He is kind to the patient. He always Be polite with his employees .He Always Motivate His Patients and Staff. He always Help his employees . His staff was very helpful nd always potile with patients . Most importantly, All Staff are very kind ❣️

It was a nice experience. It is one of the best hospitals with a cooperative staff and doctors. Our first baby is delivered here and my full treatment was done by Dr. Harish Bassi who is very much professional in his work and he always guided us in a good and polite manner. The staff members are also very supportive and caring.
