U request management to clear about insurance insured patients and online payments mode is not present in medical shop we have to pay online to canteen wala then he further pay in cash to chemist chemist man is not having online medium of payment seems like he’s charging more or deals in such medicines or he’s not qualified for same

Well i cannot rate below one star because google don't allow us . this is pathetic hospital. Staff is not experienced and there is hardly a coordination between doctor and nurse staff . if you are insured customer this hospital will ignore you and will make you beg for it . And the Bonus is Accounting Staff (Mr sanjay) is totally worst and rude. They behave like you owe them something. Please don't go to this hospital in serious conditions. Doctor is good but management is a waste yes total waste .

Well experienced doctor and polite as well. Batra hospital new building is very well and all the staff members are very sincere about their job responsibilities.

Worst hospital no clean not have full equipment and staff keep away

Worst hospital ever specially staff. In my experience staff is very rude. Hospital is very crowded and do not have proper sanitation. They do not even have proper space for OPD. OPD is lack of air flow. Half of patients are standing. In short they do not have proper Management in hospital.

In my life I haven't seen any Dr Like Respected Dr Vinod Batra Ji ,he is Matchless and Master in his work.....Salute to him and his Dedication to serve the people in pain....He Is Dr In "REAL SENSE" .......Always Deep Regards!

I wish there was no star rating. They do not even deserve one star. Worst staff and worst service I have ever seen. They do not know how to talk. Extremely RUDE nurses and even the doctors. No willingness to work. I hope someone can teach them how to be humble and polite with the patients. These are the people to blame that India can never grow.
