I had an amazing experience with Dr. Harish Nanda. He performed my nose surgery with great skill, and the results have been life-changing. I was struggling with severe nose allergies for years, and thanks to him, that issue has finally been resolved too. I can breathe so much better now! The staff was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Manpreet and Neha — they were kind, professional, and made everything so smooth and stress-free. My nose surgery experience with Dr. Harish nanda gone very well. I must say he is one of the best ENT DR. He treated me softly nd there are no complications at all. The whole staff work very well. Speacialy ECHS/TPA staff was very helpful .

Doctor is very polite ...i have been there twice in span of two years...the only problem that i have observed both times is that the doctor will see you and ask you for tests . These test will cost around 2500 ..i can understand that the doc needs CBC test but why to conduct tests like( hiv ,hcv and HbsAg)when there is no surgery and we went for general check up.so if you want to visit this hospital...be ready for 500rs for doctor consultation and 2500rs for unnecessary tests and 500rs for medicine .

Particularly the woman seated on the first (the younger one), the reception staff is really impolite. She has no idea how to handle patients. It is recommended that hospital administration choose educated, professional staff that are adept at interacting with patients. I am not blaming to other staff but as we know front office/ reception is the identity of a particular organization.

Worst system at Reception, they don't know how to inform and behave with patients. They are unable to give proper information to patients on timings and appointments. After sitting 1 hour they are telling me rudely to wait 1 more hour, while my 2 months old baby is uncomfortable to wait such long time.

I had my nasal polyps surgery at Kataria Hospital and had a great experience! The staff was professional, caring, and attentive throughout. The doctors explained everything well, and the procedure went smoothly. Highly recommend their excellent care and service!

I highly recommend Dr. Sharina Nanda for the LASIK surgery as she is perfect. She knows what she is doing. After the first consultation I was confident that I’m in safe hands. I can trust them. Staff and nurses were very supportive and helpful.
