Average waiting time is 2 Hrs. And that too during afternoon when the peak visitors are low. They should increase manpower and delegate work to to specified workers. Poor management. But indeed good stuff

Alot of collection. Very decent and Active staff specially Shivani Mam whose polite behavior makes one buy stuff more willingly. Number check also done here with Perfection. Better than many other Optical stores.

The storage manager akashdeep has misguided us about the knowledge of specs insurance.he claimed that we can replace our specs within a year for free but after visiting the lenskart store the said that we have to pay 50 % for making of new specs.akashdeep has misguided about the insurance policy

Pathetic services. Staff is totally clueless on managing even the orders that they have received. Store is haphazard, took ages to find my spectacles — THRICE. This is totally uncalled for. Further, there are issues with accountability. If one person is on leave (which is a very prominent scenario) — the case is not related to others.

The staff is very polite although very nice gesture towards their customers.. Service is very good and the collection of frames are fantastic

Visited for a glass and had to wait for 1:45 min for Billing. Never had such an experience with any of lenskart showroom so far. The sales person is totally clueless. They don't ready stock for any products.

very disappointed with the services . I was not expecting that , The day we placed and order we told you guys that we need the Glasses done by 3Feb or the 4feb the latest because we are flying back to Canada . No body wants to take the responsibility ?
