Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Rama Mandi, Jalandhar

We went there because we were not given proper time and attention at Lenskart Model Town Jalandhar (probably due to a lot of rush and lack of staff, though we got our checkup done and were given our number for the spectacles). Here in this Lenskart we found it to be a quieter place (though the rush started after we entered) and got parking in front of the store only. The staff here is very knowledgeable about the subject and addressed our concerns. We got what we wanted and are happy with their service. Mr Ankit Sharma is a very good service person who is well versed with his subject and helped us to find the best suitable spectacles. The payment was done online and he made us get a discount from the Lenskart app. We got two pairs of progressive specs with UV-protected lenses and UV-protected coloured clip-ons for just ₹5400. The best part was that their eyesight testing was at a different level. Too good. 👍 I should suggest people to visit this one preferred to the other lenskarts of the town.

I had a wonderful experience at the Lenskart store! The entire team was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. A special thanks to Miss Harpreet Kaur, the store manager, for her warm hospitality and excellent customer service. She ensured that every step of the process was smooth and comfortable. Mr.Sawan, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and guided me patiently through the frame selection with genuine suggestions. Mr. Param Veer, the optometrist, conducted a very thorough eye test and explained everything clearly, which really helped me understand my vision needs better. Highly impressed with the service and the positive attitude of the entire staff. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service!

Everything is perfect here Staff is dealing customers politely and in a good manner. You will listen light music here as well. Recommend to all.

The Guy Param is totally unprofessional and do not know how to deal with his own mistakes!! He first took wrong prescription of my mother near by sight and when we said she does not have this much he overconfidently said “I’m perfect at this” then of course he made the wrong glasses then the solution he offered is to make left eye for close eyesight and right for far eyesight! Then we have to visit the shop for atleast 10 times to get it replaced!! AVOID THIS SHOWROOM OF LENSKART!!
