I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your receptionists during my recent visit. During my interaction, I experienced rudeness, lack of assistance, inappropriate etc. This behavior not only made me feel uncomfortable but also hindered my ability to receive the assistance I required. As a patient, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting where individuals often find themselves in vulnerable situations. The attitude displayed by the receptionist does not reflect the professional standards. I urge you to look into this matter and ensure that all staff members are reminded of the importance of compassionate and respectful communication with patients.

I got LASIK done from this hospital, and it was a really smooth experience. From the expertise of Dr. Mahajan to the care and service provided by the staff, everything was great. They guided me well throughout the LASIK process, from how to prep for the surgery to what to expect during and after procedure. I would 100% recommend this hospital to my friends and family, not just for LASIK, but for overall eye care.

Got my icl done here. Doctors are experienced and they explained the whole procedure very clearly with full transparency. Surprised to get counselling from kamal mam before any payment (didn’t even pay slip charges) and there surgery expenses are 50k rs less than other hospitals in jalandhar. Dr Arun, Dr Ankush, Kamal mam and all the staff members are very friendly and polite.

The staff is very untrained and rude. They would talk to their patients as if they are getting treated for free( specially they spoke to my dad in a very inappropriate way).Really not educated I guess or maybe they are not following the protocols laid down by the hospital management. Not even a single staff member talks with respect. Specially the counsellor mrs Kamalpreet, she denied to guide us for a second time and said your counselling is already done so you guys decide what you want , I cannot help you. The hospital management really needs to train their staff or else please replace them.

Such a bad experience with 110 optometrist room. He's so rude. We came first so our turn should be first but he purposely didn't call us for na hour but did check other patients. Hospital should change their staff. Specially him. Waiting for three hours in today's too busy schedule is exhausting. That's why india isn't a developed country yet.

I really don’t like this hospital because of Ankush mahajan is very rude person,doctor should be very patient, You must first learn to stay calm
