I wish there is more less star than 1. I went there to see doctor Ashwani Guleria who was recommended by very renowned doctor. I went there twice wvery time they charge money for visit and once you submit your token no. After while they told us doctor went on round and will be back after 2 hours. They said they had emergency buy I went to see thyroid and Diabetes doctor! Do they have emergency situations? I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time with no clear updates or communication. Patients deserve timely care and respectful treatment, but that was clearly lacking here. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and train their staff in patient handling and professionalism.I went to management and they were so rude.

Dr. Bikramjit singh have very nice behaviour. Dr. Have effectively rid me of chronic back pain that i had experienced for many years . My quality of life is hugely improved

My experience with hospital is not good . Dr Nitin Arora is very rude and doesn't give enough time to patient. Doesn't listen to.the problems of patient carefully. In very rush that day for get-together with staff members instead of looking at the patients.

My sister had severe back pain from last 6 months. Dr Bikramjit Singh operated her. After the surgery next she was discharged and she was walking without any support and pain. Thanks to Dr Bikramjit Singh All the staff are very helpful

I am very thankful to Dr Gaganpreet Taneja is the most humble Neurologist doctor I have seen, He helps all patients recover from their disease by giving positive thoughts and his medicines have helped cure my friend of Epilepsy with just 1 medicine. My friend was taking 3 medicines for Seizure from outside Neurologist, but still his Epilepsy not cured and he falls all the time, Now his health is much better..🙏

The condition of the hospital canteen is bad, there is no cleaning, people leave the leftovers and go away, even the canteen staff does not clean, look.
