Titan Eye+ at Model Town, Jalandhar

I visited the Titan store to purchase a pair of spectacles. Unfortunately, the product I received was damaged and was making a noise. When I raised this issue with the sales staff, Mr. Promod Kumar, his response was extremely disappointing. Instead of assisting with the concern, he told me that I should have checked the product before buying. I expected better service and accountability from a reputed brand like Titan. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and to ensure that customers are treated with respect and fairness.

I think they are good at their work. I have been getting their services since long. I like trust the eye test by them and happy with the spectacle they make. They have nice range of branded frames. Only thing lacking is, there should be extra discounts for regular customers such as trusted customer or anything else like that.

Excellent service and good behaviour by staff

The staff was polite and showed me all the available frames for my broken frame and suggested me a good one and economically affordable one as per my satisfaction. Thank you for ur service keep it up.
