Very Bad Customer care service , they not picking phone and if picked , they dont answer , waiting my product since 10 days, even paid higher courier charges to them at booking time. VERY BAD

Well cleaned store having variety of products with very helpful sttafs. I went here for eye checkup and I loved the way the staffs behaved and the facility lenskart provides.
Hey ! So I got my eyesight checked and the professional who checked it was rude. I am wearing glasses from last 8 years and I know when I cant see letters. I told him about what am able to see clearly and what not, he stopped me veryyy rudely and now I have wrong number of lens in my specs and am sitting abroad and cant even do anything about it now. All credits to that rude guy !
The staff was nice and professional. Clean place. Eye checkup was quickly done as well. Got what I wanted in just a few minutes.
Poor Service…. Placed order in store. They cancelled the order without any consent and notification, stating the product is out of stock, when originally it was in store and we selected for home delivery, as we wanted power glasses in glares. We paid in full for all items, in the store !!!!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU! Not recommended!!!!!
l visit 1st at lenskart and my 1st eye check up the optometrist vaibhav very confidently my eye check up and told the my precipitation very esly he is the best optometrist and all the frame and all the lens very good optometrist vaibhav is highly propeced and well groom
