Visited Lenskart store to get my eyes checked and order the glasses. The eye checkup process was smooth and Swift, however while choosing the frame the sales person showed me the frames starting from 5 to 6k when I insisted on buying a frame at lower price range as I will using glasses first time in my life and may have issues so don't want to spend too much. The lower price range he showed me was 2000 per frame, however the lenskart is known to have the budget frames too. When I came back to collect my glasses, there was no power, no wifi, I had to give my hotspot access to have them login to my system and fulfill my order. My ordered frames were delivered to me in boxes without any carry bag, which was provided when I asked them. I received the message from lenskart that a free gift will be included, however the sales person gave me none. When I reminded him, then he gave me the lense cleaning solution. Does A customer spending 4 to 5k on glasses deserve this service? Will not recommend anyone, very disappointed.

I have been struggling for spectacles since a year! Have been going here and there even ordered many! But i wasn’t able to get one of my choice! But here in Amyra emprio outlet naushad alam and jay prakash helped me at first they did eye check up and then they helped me to find a good specs for me! Highly recommended!
I don't like lenskart service but staff are very good , but lenskart delay my delivery which is not good
