Very poor staff they don’t know how to attend customer properly i am calling regularly from 2-3 days on store number but they are not picking up the call and i ordered my glasses and it shows me next day delivery but no there promises are fake and they don’t provide water to drink very ridiculous behaviour they have
Free gift not provided, I was getting deal online but they forced me for offline order and at time of pickup refused to give the offer. Very unprofessional store as compared to other stores in tricity.
Very poor service and staff response, during glasses selection as well as during pickup. Lenskart messaged that a Free gift will be provided but staff informed that we dont have any gift. What a scam!
