They are the biggest scammers in the town, they dont know how to talk to people and they do fraud with people by exchanging customers original glasses with fake one , i wish i beat the fitt outta owner someday, god willl curse them for sure , dont visit them

I'm from ludhiana city District and I came here at Arora Opticals kharar, it was a great experience. Owner is knowledgeable and the had lots of experience. The staff was so kind and they really loved doing their job.

Poorest of Poor service Services are overcharged and of bad quality . Staff(Technician) is ill trained , they damage the glasses and frames given to them for repair and after that they say you need better quality stuff which according to them is only available at their shop. The main owner doesnot know how to speak with customers . One of the poorest quality Optical service provider.
