"I recently had my mom's eye lens replaced at a single hospital. While the hospital staff was very good on the first day, the doctor was quite inattentive. He didn't listen to us properly and didn't explain anything clearly. The treatment itself was fine. When we went for a follow-up the next day, the doctor just checked quickly and left without asking how my mom's vision was or anything else. We found this very rude. When we asked him about it, he just told us to continue using the eye drops. I'm giving a 2-star rating only for the good staff. The manager is a good person."
