I had pretty terrible experience with them Showed me an article which was out of stock due to which I had to get a scratched one and still it may arrive in 12 days(if it will)

I started using lenskart products in July 2023 and purchased Gold Membership. My first order got problems of Glass Quality peel off issues in Oct 2023 and was replaced under warranty and then the same issue occurred in my second order in Dec 2023 which was again replaced but only glasses under warranty. Now same problem has repeated in June 2024. Then I bought new specs in Sep 2023 and now in June 2024 its Coating again peeled off and they are replacing the same under warranty. So basically Lenskart want us to buy new specs and glasses every year as soon as the warranty of 1 year is finished. Although products of Lenskart are costlier than local market but they justify the cost by sayings that the product quality is superior which is totally wrong. As far as I have experienced the coating peels off with in 6 months. Sonin short, If you are ready to spend your hard earned money every year for same product then only you should buy from Lenskart.
