I called on Saturday 1st February asking for dr. I was informed tht dr is not available and will be available on 3rd Monday ie today at 4pm. And now when I went to the clinic but they said tht we didn't say 4pm . We never say 4pm it's 5pm. When I make call at tht time my phone was on Bluetooth in my car and my kids also listen to wht they replied. I have no problem with dr not available but why to lie on such small timing thing. They can just say dr has some urgent work so will be coming at 5pm.

Dr Harpreet is providing the best eye care in Ludhiana. My mother underwent cataract surgery under his care. Registration to OPD consultation , Operating room to discharge, all care was provided in a very smooth way, in a world class infrastructure with well trained staff. Post discharge recovery was very fast, though we were a bit concerned earlier as my mother had lot of other comorbidities. All thanks to his healing hands she recovered very fast. His way of dealing with patients and providing explanations for the procedure involved or treatment is very pleasant, and crystal clear. God bless him and his team for providing such excellent service to the community.
