HPS Eye Hospital

Waiting from 3 hours here for a normal eye checkup. Still we are not near to our turn. Seems like we need to wait 3 more hours. Any random person may be with some references come and go to checkup room The patients, whose appointments are already gone, they come and go directly in appointment room but what about the ones who are patiently waiting for 3 hours. The patients who were out and missed appointements should also wait to get all the appointements done and should be entertained in end. Very very disguisting behaviour. On asking the staff, that why they entered first if we are waiting. She said "Agar ohna ne checkup krana tahi ja rye aa" . DISAPPOINTING.

Doctor and staff is very cooperative with everyone . Doctor give the 100% performance regarding their profession .

The doctors and nurses at this hospital were good. The follow-up care was excellent and staff members are their to answer my questions.

they waste time alot .... if you are working person then dont come to this place ... if you are jobless and have free time to waste then welcome

Doctors are good & male staff also very nice.... But only reception female staff are very arrogant & disrespect full. They have no sense how to treat with patient... Good experience with but bad experience from reception staff .... Management please see this... Otherwise all good ...👍👍👍👍

HPS hospital is a good hospital. Doctors are good. But the staff members are also very nice. The reception female staff is very cooperative. All go to this hospital as much as possible and get the best treatment.
