I visit at brs nagar lenskart store. The store atmosphere is very good also staff is very polite and having good knowledge of product and offers specially sahil garg is very helpful and polite. He ask me about 3rd product offer insurance policy and many more

Although the persons working in LensKart BRS Nagar Ludhiana are trained enough to test the eyesight but at the same time due to the wrong policies of lenskart company they are not keeping their words. Few days back , I visited the lenskart BRS Nagar Ludhiana and I got eyesight of my wife and daughter checked and I ordered two spectacles for them . The spectacles were costing rupees 6100 in one + one scheme and it was being conveyed to me by the employee working in lenskart BRS Nagar that if we order third spectacle then we will be given 60% off on the same. Since at the same time I could not order for third spectacle for me and I asked the employee to give me one or two days time. After 2 days when I visited lenskart BRS Nagar,then I was being conveyed that I will not get 60% of on the third spectacle because the company has policy that if 60% discount is needed then we should have ordered all three spectacles at the same time. There is no fault of the employees working in lenskart but it is the fault of The lenskart company who has this wrong policy because under their scheme if we are giving the order for third spectacle from the same family after one or two days after our first purchase then we should be entitled to have 60% discount on 3rd spectacle. So here the lenskart company should be flexible in the favour of the customers to provide them their policies at flexible norms.
