Just bought specs for my daughter and for myself . The store was good, locations good but not much variety on frames. The price is genuine, and eye no checking is also there. Bit aware of slippery stairs. Very helpful staff.

All staffs are very cooperative and humble. Service is good. They attended me well. Due to some manufacturing problem, I have to return my specs, and it was done very smoothly. But in this process, I lost my insurance of Rs. 900/- and also not permitted to take another insurance.

Very Good Service Experience
THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE. I came to get lenses put in a very expensive frame - they really mistreated the frame because it wasn’t from lenskart and kept shifting the delivery date and time - started initially by 2 days and later at the time of the payment they said it would take 5 days. 5 DAYS FOR A BASIC LENS???? PLEASE GO TO TITAN EYE TO NSTEAD
