Hi-Tech Eye Hospital - Best Eye Hospital in Nawanshahr

Dr. Ravindra Karra is the most patient doctor I have seen. I wish more doctors are like him. I was browsing my options to get surgery done from last one year as I has to plan trip from Canada accordingly. He is very accurate in his diagnosis and takes his time to explain in detail. Best eye doctor and wonderful staff.

Overall,it was my first visit. No doubt the treatment, the behavior of staff, the advice by the Ophthalmologist is good.. But the reception staff is kind off like if their known ones come first, they preferred them first to meet the doctor.. No matter, others are waiting for how long... That is the thing I felt that is not systematic..

In starting of march 2023 i am visited here for my 4 month old baby ... my baby's pupil of eye is not round and the place is not correct ... doctor said come tommorow because we need to check back side of the eye.. i went tommorow and met to one lady doctor .. she checked and said your baby not see properly .. we need operate him ... after that i went to jalandhar thind hospital ... doctor checked the my baby eyes and said no worry its nothing because its natural thing like as its from birth time ... after that i am come back canada and went to eye specialist all doctor said its nothing and your baby see properly and pupil shape doesnot matter because its from birth

I appreciate this think which is that half OPD fees for helpless people and lower class peoples,which thing is showing great personality of Dr karra. but this is true, staff behaviour is very rude and also not systematic way of the service by staff.

Amazing Hospital Dr. Ravinder kaarah is very high knowledge and Good behaviour person,i'm operate my mother both eyes She's fine and also Good,,, I really heartly respect for all Staff she's also Good handling to patients and staff behaviour is also good. I suggest also if any problem related Eyes Go to High Tech eye Hospital Nawanshehar...

Care of senior citizen is worst. Patient was on wheel chair and waited for 2hr for the check up, due to staff misunderstanding.

Good doctr in Nawanshahr. staff is very good .

Dr is very patience but staff is very rude specially incharge of medicine after surgery
