Dr. Rs Randhawa Eye Hospital Patiala

Hello everyone My niece went through for her lasik laser eye surgery six months ago from Dr G.S. Randhawa, i just want to share our experience. She is in worse situation from last 6 months, Dr Saab recommending her steroid and her eyes going worse than worse everyday. Another thing i want to add that my niece visited after 20 days of surgery, Dr asking her that “from where you got this surgery”? Even he is holding her reports in his hands…… Now you can imagine that how serious they are dealing with very very sensitive part of the body…. Now her eyes pressure going very up So don’t go over there as per my knowledge Even I don’t have less than 1 star

He told me his eye sight no week due to accident it is because he never wore eyeglasses and in Canada after you got license they do eye check and according to them you don’t have to wear eyeglasses but after my accident my eyesight got weak but he is not believing it if his hip and both legs got broken then will his eyes got weak or not.

Please avoid visiting as there is no concept of social distancing in his clinic. They have workforce of more than 15 people which is completely useless as they only collect money without keeping track of no. Of patients and sitting capacity. The receptionist doesn't respect patients at all and treat them like illiterate dogs. I am extremely disappointed with the consultation as well because Mr. Randhawa looks extremely busy. He doesn't have time to consult his patient queries and tries to close every case in less than a minute. I paid INR 200 and asked for invoice. They started quoting random reason of printer not working and finally ended up writing on consultation receipt only which is not at all legal. I suggest to look for some other doctor.

No social distancing protocols being followed. what's more asinine is that they're in fact asking people to it in a congested corner WHILE THE VIRUS IS SURGING! you'd expect an institution based on the individual's health to give a damn but nope. classic private hospital behavior. They only care about the money, not your health.

डॉक्टर रंधावा जी बहुत पुराने और अनुभवी है लेकिन इनका स्टाफ खासकर जो बाहर खड़े होकर अंदर भेजते हैं बिल्कुल ही वाहियात तरीके से बात करती है। वो कहती है कि किसी को भी पेशंट के साथ नही जाने दिया जाएगा चाहे जो हो। अब बताए आंखों के पेशंट को कम दिखाई दे रहा है तो वो अकेले कैसे जाए। दूसरे कोई डिस्टेंशिंग नही अपने जा रही। क्या ऐसे में इनके पास जाया सकता है
