I came here for taking opinion for my Lasik surgery. Overall my experience is excellent. Staff behavior is optimum. Dr. Manpreet is a professional , truthful and a kind-hearted man. I really appreciate his honesty and humility by which he has guided me in our interactions. It is a general perception in the society that private hospitals only have economic motive but Dr. Manpreet has given me an honest advice and truly concerned for my overall health. Thank you so much. I also want to give one suggestion on administration: You should handover the reports of patients of all tests conduced in your immediately for all along. It is their legal right. Thank you.

I had my ICL surgery at Global Eye Hospital a few days ago, performed by Dr. Manpreet. An excellent surgeon, he kept me calm throughout the procedure and continually ensured I was comfortable. Entire staff is very professional and helpful. Thanks for such a seamless experience.

I recently had my mother's cataract surgery performed at this hospital by Dr. Balbir Khan in February 2025. While the surgery itself was successful, we encountered significant issues with the transparency of the billing process. The hospital refused to provide an invoice or itemized breakdown of the treatment costs. Initially, the payment was requested in cash, and despite repeated requests, the staff refused to issue a bill. Furthermore, the doctor, who is well aware of my mother’s senior status, made her wait for an hour with assurances that the bill would be provided. However, he ultimately failed to deliver on this promise. It is deeply concerning to witness such behavior from a healthcare institution and its staff. This lack of transparency and respect for patients, particularly senior citizens, is unacceptable. It is a shame that such practices are being allowed to persist in Patiala. Reviewing today i.e on 8th March 2025...No update,no bills ,nothing has been provided .Fake commitments and fake apologies !
