Feedback: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lenskart, Bhupindra Road, Patiala (Rating: Minus 100 out of 5 Stars) I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at the Lenskart store on Bhupindra Road, Patiala. Both the store manager and the staff displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of assisting or addressing our needs politely, they responded with arrogance, disrespect, and a complete lack of basic customer service skills. The most upsetting part was being humiliated and spoken to in a harsh tone in front of other customers and my family. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from representatives of a reputed brand like Lenskart. Customers should feel respected and valued — not insulted or made to feel small. I sincerely hope the senior management investigates this issue seriously and takes strict action to ensure no other customer has to go through such a disrespectful and humiliating experience in the future. If I could give a rating, it would be minus 100 out of 5 stars. I strongly urge Lenskart’s senior management to take strict action against the staff and manager at this store. Staff is very nice and its ambiance is great but the thing is that they don't have chairs to sit

They treated us really well, and did all the repair without any cost and at very fast pace..

Experience was good but the amount given in Lenskart can not be used for basic amenities like glass spray or cloth . That needs to be factored else from next time we will shit to titan glasses . Kindly consider it and pass to the Lenskart shop guy
