I have done my lesik operation from this hospital. The result of this operation is absolutly perfect. Now without glasses I can see full clear. The doctor and staff member are very helpful. The doctor guided me very well according to my eyes condition. I will recommend the people to visit here who want to get rid of glasses.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. There are several issues that need to be addressed: 1. **Poor Patient Handling After Hours:** If you visit after 5–5:30 PM, the staff seems to be in a hurry. While they don’t refuse patients, the consultation feels rushed and incomplete. 2. **Lack of Communication and Professionalism:** The doctor showed an unprofessional attitude when I asked questions. I inquired about the cause of glaucoma and received an unsatisfactory and dismissive response, which felt ego-driven rather than informative. 3. **No Support from Front Desk:** After the consultation, there was no explanation provided about the prescribed medication. When I approached the doctor again, I was told to speak with the front desk or counselor, further reflecting a lack of ownership and patient care. 4. **Incorrect Report and No Resolution:** The doctor recommended an eye scan for one eye and charged Rs. 1600, which I accepted. However, I was given the wrong printout. When I brought it up, the doctor was indifferent and offered no help. Fortunately, another staff member assisted and provided the correct report. 5. **Poor Knowledge of Insurance and TPA:** The management seems to lack adequate understanding or guidance related to TPA and insurance procedures. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the service, communication, and management at this hospital. I hope the administration takes this feedback seriously and works on improving patient care and professionalism. ---
