Visited the eye hospital to get a minor cyst on my eyelid removed, which had been bothering me. Dr. Arpna walked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease during the entire duration. The hospital infrastructure is commendable and the support staff is polite and well-trained. You can count on Dr. Arpna to make you feel at ease and give a honest diagnosis, the consultation fees was also very reasonable.

My mother got her cataract surgery from there and she is very happy with results. All staff and Dr Arpana saronwala very caring and cooperative .I highly recommend this hospital must visit for best treatment at affordable prices .

The lady doctor is very rude and arrogant. We got ultrasound done from this institute and when we showed the same to a doctor in Rajindra Hospital Patiala, the doctor rejected it by saying it fake/invalid. We came back to the centre and tried to explain to the doctor at Saronwalla ultrasound centre, she almost quarreled with us and was really rude and did not behave like a doctor. She behaved like a Muhalla Ladi.

The saronwala eye hospital .Dr arpana saronwala very good and capable doctor ,she gives 100 percent guaranteed treatment and clears up the whole matter and if we talk about the staff then there is very good and experienced staff who take care of patients they corporate a lot .

very bad experience dr. kavita behaved good with me but the staff was so rude and unprofessional they were just gossiping and ignore patients i asked when dr will reach a lady told me “ Asi ohna nu dsta patient a baki ohna di mrzia kdo ana” dialogue was same ditto in rude tone

Such a bad experience..we went there for my 7 year daughter ultrasound..looks unqualified person ..never took patients there

Very bad staff and their reporting is incorrect they have illiterate people over there after seen doctor prescription they enter wrong patient name on report I would suggest you please go anywhere else like Alfa
