Jeet Opticals

Jeet is optician and sells spectacles. It is located in Phase-7, Mohali on the front side of Motor Market. We have been going to Jeet Opticals since 2003 and it is probably running before that. Any body can go there, you can test your eyes and then place order for spectacles and glasses.

Worst service they have not any updated thing they give u old frames with high price 0/0 service. Money minded shopkeeper

This place was good earlier but with time they’ve changed big time. I was their customer since 6-7 years but now I have changed to a much better place. 1 - They were never able to find my correct eye number during eye test. IMPORTANT : 2- if they break your specs while change of glasses they don’t even take the ownership of that and they simply say that sir we don’t take responsibility when specs come in for repair. It’s also written on the slip though but common, my specs were worth 2500 and the glasses I wanted to get were of 900 Rupees. They broke my specs and pasted it with glue and didn’t even had the courtesy to tell me about it. And when I asked them they simply said that sir it might be broken before or we may have broke it but we do not take any responsibility. I’m like then why have you opened the business if you are not responsible for the repair of specs if you are having a specs shop. I may be wrong but it’s funny and it was disappointing too. I loved this shop but now I don’t wanna visit them again.

Worst place to buy specs, while purchasing I said them that is spectacle is having a defect and told me that this is design but now I’m realising that they lie me and not it’s more noticeable and looking ugly !

My rimless frame was bit loose, so I told them to tight it a bit. But they said I feel so just because it's light weight, try it out for some time and in case I feel it's loose, just visit them again and they will fix it. And later on when I went there, they said it's not possible to tight it up because it will break the glasses. Seriously disappointed!

Total rip off! I would never go here again. We were told that the lens we puchase would be a very high grade with 8 benefits which include protection from uv light. When i got the glasses they were very blur in vision and he just told me to wear them for a couple of days and see how i go. I went to 3 other stores and all 3 had told me that the lens they had put were a cheap pair. The glasses did not even have any protection from uv light. I went back and told him exactly what the other 3 shop owners told. He refused to acknowledge the issue and told me to take the matter with the supplier. In the end we demanded our money back! Horrible service and not honest at all!

Third rate unprofessional optician. Bought two specs one reading and another distance. The reading glass no. checked and given by him from his new fancy machine were incorrect. Even after complaining about the no. he was adamant and did not replace the glasses. The antiglare coating of the distance glasses started peeling off after 6 months. He very coolly suggested to buy new glasses.
