Lenskart.com at Phase10, Sector 64, Mohali

Had my first eye test at Lenskart and it was surprisingly peaceful and comfortable. I’d never had one before, but the whole process was super chill. Noona made everything feel easy—she was calm, sweet… and yeah, pretty too (don’t blame me, eyes were working just fine after the test). Ordered my specs right after. 10/10 would get my eyes checked again!

The staff here is very polite when you place the order but once payment has been done and you visit to pick up the order, their attitude changes. Worst service. Moreover they intentionally delay the dispatch of your free specs if you purchase BOGO with membership. Not recommended. No wonders the owner has no control over stores at all. Misselling at its peak. AVOID THIS STORE.

Poor services. They can’t even compete with local brands. Handed over wrong order without checking and made us run thrice the same day for picking up our own order. No basic manners/ courtesy. Didn’t even apologise.

Everything was fine but for eyewear that cost nearly 5k they should at least have a good quality case. Case i got was pretty cheap standard and i would get more accesories from a 500 rupees eyewear box than these. I just got a cheap box with rough cloth. Unfortunately it is not store that is at fault I guess. Maybe i should have lower expectations from lenskart

It was a mixed bag experience. The staff was very reluctant to help, just standing around until we chose the glasses. Could have been better customer service. Everything else was good. Nice variety of options.

It was a great experience. The staff was dedicated towards their work, attentive and kind as well . Here, we had an eye test and bought two pair of glasses. Since the service is excellent, one should think about this store for both.

I have not been given details of the membership and has been charged for that without asking for the consent and asking about it!! Its a deceitful behaviour .. i dont want membership .. pls refund asap

Your repair service for eye lenses is exceptional. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. However, ensuring better communication about the repair process and estimated completion time would enhance the overall customer experience. Keep up the great work!!!
