Wonderful experience from lenskart! I was thinking it will take 3-4days to recover my breakage of lens but within 1day i got my spectacle..

My experience is great. The behavior of staff is very polite and good. Eye testing staff is also very good and explained the the things in a very polite and understandable manner. I am very happy and also recommend to my relatives and friends.

i had very bad experience at phase 5 store . I visited twice but my experience was disgusting with one of your female staff. there is one girl who is very impolite and rude with customer. she dont even know how to provide customer satisfaction. her behaviour degrade the reputation of your store

Well it's really good place for buy your first and new shades (Specs)... Eyes will be checked totally free no money required for eyes checkup... Staff is really good their way of talking and handling customers is very good. They are very friendly and if you visited the place alone so don't worry they gave very good advice if you need any suggestions... I you asked my opinion i really liked their service go and visit them...

Today I went to the store the person on the reception was very arrogant and high headed. he was acting as he was a medical doctor himself. he could not even tell the ongoing discounts by the LensKart which are already visible on the online stores .he was not very keen on attending us and his behaviour was very repulsive as if he wanted that the customer should not come to the store.

Very quick service. Visited for minor repair done free of cost. Nice staff

I had a horrible experience at the Lenskart PH5 Mohali store. I was quoted one price for my glasses, but when it came time to pay, they overcharged me without any explanation. When I raised the issue, the customer agent, Nisha, gave vague excuses and refused to take responsibility. What made it worse was her condescending attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns, she had the audacity to say, “aap ka budget nahi hai toh me 2000 wale kardeti hu”, as if she had any right to comment on my budget. It was insulting and completely unprofessional. I expected transparency, respect, and decent service from Lenskart. Instead, I was misled, overcharged, and made to feel uncomfortable. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, avoid this store. They clearly don’t care about their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure others know about this experience too. Escalate this case to senior team or take same serious action towards this store poor store , poor service
