I have received the worst service. Received two glasses. One has scratches and another one should be bifocal or progressive but it has only one sided lens. I have paid 5500 to get this shit. Phone number of store is not working and I am trying to get help online but only getting AI responses.
Don’t go here. There is a lot of mis selling and up selling going on in this store. They don’t have good variety of frames. Apart from John Jacobs, they only have Fossil. They also up sell the lenses and charged me more in the final bill than they quoted while recommending the type of lens I should go for. They said it’s of same price in the buy 1 get 1 offer but later charged me ₹2000 more for one of the lenses. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

Dear LensKart Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your team at the LensKart store . I visited your VR punjab store to utilize the insurance coverage for my broken progressive glasses. Despite ready to pay some amount, I have yet to receive my new spectacles, and it has been 7 days since I submitted my application. The staff at your store assured me that the processing would be quick, and I would receive my new glasses soon. However, when I followed up with your team, they informed me that the processing had not even begun. As a 60-year-old individual relying on a single pair of spectacles, this delay has caused me significant inconvenience.
Best experienced staff and have good knowledge about which frame is suitable/fit on particular facial structure.
