Loved the service. Came with 4 friends and Pratiksha Chaudhary attended us all alone and that too with a great efficiency, patience and she has knowledge about everything and also takes care of customer needs and satisfaction

Staff is in capable and extremely rude.Earlier we ordered Progresisve Spcetacles which we couldn’t use as it was not good and had centering error.Today we visited for daughters spectacles but again to get disappointed by staff unprofessionalism and capability issues. They gang up to argue with you rather than understanding the issue. Problem solving is highly professionalism and fake. If you wish to get insulted spending money please go ahead , else can avoid.

Experience with the store staff was absolutely amazing. Anshu took us around the whole lot of frames available and helped us in selecting the one best suited for us. She also helped us do eye exam and final products being used are very satisfying. All in all we went happy shopping at Lenscart.

I had a pathetic and very bad customer service experience with the offline store of Lenskart.😡 I visited this store after I got to know about the free lens replacement program during March 2025, well it was not free and I realised it's a marketing gimmick where I ended up paying ₹699 for lenses on 30th March. The executive told me that I will get an SMS for the pickup which I got on 04th April, I visited the store and after 20 Minutes of searching they told me that the lenses got QC failed or rejected which means they got my lenses power incorrect and it has been returned to the lens fitting facility for power correction.☹️ On 11th April, I got a call from the store that my glasses are ready to be picked up and got an SMS for the same. I went to the store on 12th April, the same story got repeated and after 20 Minutes of searching they told me that the glasses were yet to be delivered to the store, I was stunned, felt absurd and absolutely ridiculous as they themselves called me for pickup and then telling me the product itself is not in the store.🙆🏻 Now since it's already been 14 days, they are clueless about the exact date of delivery of my glasses hence I requested for a home delivery, fingers crossed to that.🤞🏻 The offline store executives and online updates are very unprofessional as the executives have no idea about exact delivery date and the Lenskart app shows that my glasses are ready to be picked up from the store on 04th April, there is no mention of QC failure!!😝😂 Thank you Lenskart for the worst experience and readers for having patience for going through my long review.👍🏻
