Poor quality with very high prices. Gave wrong number of my glasses.. Was making excuses.. Highly disappointing. Not recommended at all...

Recently got a pair of glasses made after a few positive feedback from peers. However the end result might shock you. Ordered glasses with Crizal UV lens but later found out there was NO FogID on one lens and Blue light was also passing through that one. When confronted: they blamed it on the company saying it was their mistake. The lens with the FogID got scratched within 4 days due to the cleaning cloth but the one which didn’t have any fog ID didn’t have a single scratch. (At this point I don’t know what to believe and which one is original). When confronted: They told me that it's the lens coating that is scratched and blamed it on my carelessness which would miraculously scratch only one lens. FYI: I have been using Crizal for 6 years now and There isn’t a single scratch on my previous glasses. After numerous visits to the store My lens was replaced with FogID but the catch is that only one lens stops blue light and the other one blocks partially. Reason from the store: Because I have Myopia in one eye and Hypermetropia in the other. Don't let the sweet talking of the sales guy deceive you. He’ll pray in front of you that he gets a sale i.e He is praying for you to have unhealthy eyes. Final Verdict: The feature set for which i bought this lens was later compromised with various excuses. Overall this wasn’t the experience I was expecting and I personally will not recommend this store.

The fact that they have huge variety to select from...makes them extraordinary...the luxury brands tho costly are appealing and will make on go out of the way and buy them...the owner is extremely polite and always gives genuine advice

I got my eyes tested today at narula opticians,now i can see the world clearer, huge range of latest frames and very reasonable priced.Thanx narula opticians for such a nice behaviour and good advice to suit my pocket👍👍
