Titan Eye+ at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Titan Eye+. Their sales team made lofty promises about their premium products, assuring me that everything was covered. However, when I encountered a problem with the product within the week itself, their tone suddenly changed. Instead of standing by their promises, they started nitpicking about what was covered and what wasn't. They even had the audacity to blame me for the issue, citing "improper handling" as the reason. This is unacceptable behavior from a reputable brand like Titan. It's clear that Titan Eye+ doesn't own up to their words. Their sales team makes false promises to make a sale, and then the customer is left to deal with the consequences. I urge everyone to be cautious and not fall for their baseless lip service promises. *Do not spend your hard-earned money on Titan Eye+ products.* Their poor service and lack of accountability are not worth the risk. *Rating Breakdown:* - Product Quality: 2/5 - Sales Experience: 1/5 - After-Sales Service: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5

Very courteous staff. Very good collection of eyewear and watches for both men and women. Service is what differentiates this store from others. We have visited this specific store for our family's eyewear needs for children and adults and they have never disappointed. The staff is always ready to assist in case of new purchases but more so for any repairs. Thank you.

I have shopped at dozens of eyeglass stores and i have never had such a positive experience. Mr Mohit was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my numerous questions. He didn't make me feel rushed..and i took a long time trying on numerous pairs. I can never imagine going anywhere else now. They also have a great selection of quality frames. I will absolutely highly recommend the Titan eye to my friends.

I am genuinely content with my last purchase at Titan Eye. I can be picky when choosing a new pair of frames or even a shop to by from, but It never felt so easy to trust the experts. Optometrist Mohit had an incredible knowledgeable and provided my wife and I with excellent customer service. There's no doubt I will be coming back to get my new sunglasses for summer.
