I ordered my mum's prescription glasses the first time, and everything was perfect – I received exactly what I wanted. For the second order, I requested the same glasses, but with the addition of reading glasses, and I also sent a photo of what I had ordered previously. The order was placed just two weeks after the first one. However, without consulting me, they changed the frame and couriered to NZ. When the glasses arrived, the case was completely damaged. I reached out to ask why the glasses were different, and the response was that the new pair was the same price as the previous one, the original frame was no longer available. If that was the case, they should have at least contacted me to discuss it. This feels unfair, especially considering we’ve bought four pairs of prescription glasses from you. It’s important to check with the customer, as we are paying for the glasses, not receiving them for free. I would recommend people buying from overseas to check once the glasses are ready for shipping if it is what you ordered. Will not order from this supplier again. Also will be sending my glasses back which is not made to prescription.
