Very good hospital & best treatment. Doctor explained problem & proper treatment detail to the every patient. *Please improve their appointment system.* Staff behavior very nice. 5👍

First of all the doctor said that there is a lot of fiber inside the gall bladder. Therefore it will take 3 to 4 hours to operate. You get the operation done as soon as possible and I will do it. Then I said, Doctor please tell me the estimate of the operation. While they were making the estimate, I interrupted and said that my father has a Star Health policy, so he stopped making the estimate and said that I will not be able to do this treatment. Please take him to a DMC or CSC. Even though this hospital is under Star Health, treatment is not provided under Star Health policy.

My mother had her operation at platinum nursing home , i want to say tht this is an excellent nursing home for surgeries , Dr Sanjeev is an amazing doctor , so calm nd always gives the best advice ..The staff here is very well behaved nd caring , sanitation was excellent . Doctor was too late, on 10th feb, there is no system of their faculity, rude guy sitting on the entrance counter, donot have any sense to speak with moreover, their should be proper system to handle the patients. I really had a disgusting experience.
