Hello, I am Akash Batth Hospital Staff and doctor are very good. staff and doctor very cooperative 👍 but main problem management not good lot of parking problem and hospital area too small please solve this problem. Thanks

This is first time I have experienced very bad and rude staff behaviour and denied my request for simple eye check up done. Today (20/Nov/23) we reached around 4:40 pm IST and their closing time is 5 PM and Doctor was checking last patient and I have requested receptionist eye check done but without she listening to me she started saying we can do it tomorrow and saying Doctor also coming from Amritsar and can not stretch beyond 5 PM.

Pathetic services by the hospital. The doctors are so rude. We visited today morning for my 4 year old's eye testing. The nurse hardly spent 30-40 sec. to check his eyesight via machine and got irritated and sent us in doctor's room. My son read few lines and then he was unable to read next ones. So he sent us to another room. That doctor behaved quiet rudely with my son. He doesn't know how to talk with a toddler. I felt so bad when he maintained his rude tone while talking to me as well as to my son. and without checking for the eye no. he asked me to pay for fundus. This is simply looting the patients when you don't even know how to talk with them. We left the place in fury and they didn't even bothered to call us back to know the reason why we left. Moreover we received a message saying "Thank you for visiting". Now I regret why I didn't say anything to that doctor there and then only.

Firstly i called, they didn’t pick up for 2 days, when they pick up, i asked for appointment, and they said we do not give appointment on calls, What is this ?
