Unprofessional. Visit only if you are in emergency. They scratched my costly lenses while repairing. Took twice the time they promised. Broke one frame while fixing. Also note their policy on repair: "if the specs are broke while repairing, they are not responsible for it" You would never want to give your specs in such hands. Attached photo: the lens they scratched while repairing. Update after a month: It is just a month and the color is peeling of the frame. Cheap junk!

Services are very good and trustworthy .

Made wrong glasses, was not ready to accept their mistakes... Doesn't care about customers eye just focused on making money... As per them slight difference of numbers is not at a problem even the customer is suffering heavy head and neck pain.. Requesting you all not to go for eye test here... They will not take responsibility for test done by themselves.. even argue with that you should have gone to a doctor for test.. why came to test here.. as it is not that accurate..

Worst service ever I received. They make specs with wrong right eye number then they won’t replace it and do not repair it properly. I just waited about 2 hrs sitting at the shop. I wasted my ₹2000 due to their this attitude

Very expensive and my experience is very bad.... With customer also they speak rudely...... No importance of the customer......... I'll prefer u to buy online if u want, but plz don't buy from shops ..... its my advice, *online* the frames are of much better quality as well as cheap but plz see the rating first .....really bad experience.........
