My visit to the hospital was exceptional. Registration was prompt, and the staff guided me through each step efficiently. The doctors were attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear explanations before prescribing the appropriate treatment. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the entire team both medical and administrative was professional and supportive.

“Absolutely terrible experience at this eye hospital. The staff was rude, disorganized, and clearly not trained to deal with actual patients. I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to be rushed through a careless exam. The doctor barely spoke, didn’t explain anything, and acted like I was wasting their time. On top of that, they tried to push overpriced tests and glasses I didn’t need. The entire place felt like a business, not a healthcare facility. If you value your vision and your sanity, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.” whoever is posting POSITIVE review m pretty sure they get paid for it.. but the hospital does have any trained staff...

Dr Rashim an excellent doctor with polite behavior. Awesome assistance and support received from doctor and all We were here for my father's surgery and we are completely satisfied Right through the counselling, admission and surgery.

Dear owner We were not in haste on that day to leave your hospital. The reason behind our living was your lady doctor rude and arrogance behaviour. We were left a place when your lady Dr said her assistant take them out from room and shut the door I mean really she is just a eye dr but her attitude level like she is eye surgeon or owner of hospital. So last but not least I have a one advice to you and your hospital next time when you will be hire a Dr ( his/ her) at check his / her patience’s level is he / she capable to treat all age group as well as infants. And also check his/ her mental level Not write a reply on behalf of her behaviour that she did it right . That is not graceful for your hospital image It is totally degrade your hospital values. Next time be careful to hire a staff like her. Best wishes for future

Dear owner Glad that you see all through cctv but kindly read my statement once again carefully there I did say that your dr shut the door or something like that I only say She Said her assistant to get them out and shut the door when I listen this rude statement from your so call Eye dr the we left the place . So if u have cctv u may also have microphones as well then kindly listen what she said . Totally arrogant and rude staff at this place never ever recommend this place to any one in my circle ridiculous behaviour of staff.

My wife is being treated for diabetic retinopathy . We are happy with the treatment. Doctors ans staff are very skilled. Very good dealing Thanks

Too masive behaviour lady doctor.she said I am not attending a child if he/she crying. So comic child is not mature as normal adults. But I think lady doctor also need a consultant that advice her to stay calm .she is too rude and arrogant in behaviour.
