Very happy with my experience with lenskart Peer Muchalla. Picked some sunglasses on my first visit..then ordered 2 glasses next time..staff is so polite n professional. Huge variety for frames.The prices N quality is so good..
Very unprofessional outlet. They never called me to give me updates of my specs being ready. Above all, despite assuring me that it will be delivered at home, they did not bother to send it through courrier until i called them after 5 days. Not recommended for a visit.
Worst experience.. it's been six months I didn't get my glasses rectified. No Customer Care call back. Even the Lenskart application is not supporting in chat as after couple of discussion they turned it to AI support with no further human connection.
