Extremely Disappointing Experience at Kshetrapal Eye Hospital. I am writing this review with great disappointment and concern after a distressing experience at Kshetrapal Eye Hospital. My grandfather was scheduled for a cataract operation at 4 PM, but as of 7 PM, the surgery had not yet begun. The staff’s slow pace and lack of urgency were alarming. The delay was not only frustrating but also raised serious questions about the hospital’s ability to manage time effectively, especially in situations where timely medical intervention is crucial. The communication from the staff was inadequate, leaving us without updates or explanations for the prolonged wait. I strongly advise potential patients to explore other options for medical care. The inefficiency and lack of attention to patient needs at this hospital are unacceptable. Recommendation: Avoid this hospital if possible and seek medical care at facilities with better time management and patient care standards.

Reception is too slow , they can easily add more people , one of the most busy eye hospital and still not adding more people in the reception, there old people that cant stand for too long. They should fix this issue

My father went to the hospital for eye checkup at 10 am and was called for checkup at 3.30 pm. Hey friends, imagine what kind of hospital this is. very bad staf too much waiting time

Wheel chair not available. Too much time taking process to visit doctor. Staff doesn't have clarity during re-visit.

0 star from my side this hospital tak fee but wait time is more than 4 hours much batter go in govt hospital too much waiting times this hospital charge Rs500 if you see tha waiting time you think the government hospital is so good

I am writing this review while I am hospital getting frustrated and poor granny has to wait to be seen. 1) staff is super rude and inefficient. 2) they don't care about people waiting. They push " VIPs" in the long queues nonchalantly 3) unhygienic place and unprofessional attitude 4) Staff examining the eyes was pushing bad yelling on my granny .

Excellent place for eye care and surgery

Hospital and doctors are okey but there is Ben Franklin Spectacle. Don't try to enter there. they will exploit you. cost of glass is too high as campare with other shops. 4 x extra rate.
