Jagdamba Eye Hospital

I recently visited Jagdamba Eye Hospital and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and professional, and the premises were well-maintained and clean. However, I did notice a fly problem that could be addressed for better hygiene. While the treatment seemed effective, I found the cost of eye drops and medicines on the higher side. Additionally, interacting with the pharmacy staff was a bit challenging, which impacted the overall experience. With a few improvements, especially in the pharmacy service and pricing, the hospital could deliver an even better experience for patients.

Good hospital, staff is very good behaviour

Doctor Monika Yadav is a good and experienced doctor. But the hospital needs more cleaning in operation hall . After every operation, operation bed need to be sanitized. In total i have mixed feelings.

Dr Monica is thorough professional and affectionately gentle. She takes time to examinie minutel details and explains patiently to the satisfaction of patients. Other support staff is also Coopreative and efficient.

I feel very glad now my pt is OK in this hospital. Hospital treatment is excellent

Good treatment, nice staff and management

Had a great experience getting cataract operation done for my nani. Humble, well-coordinated and very cooperative staff which made the whole process a lot easy and smooth. Also, the premise is well maintained and cleanliness is on point.
